WHAT DOES VLT MEAN ACCORDING TO IOWA STATE LAW

A higher percentage of light is allows to pass through a window tint film than a lower one. A 75% VLT will allow for the passage of about two-thirds as much as 5%. The 10db difference might not sound like much. But it does make all the difference when talking about how well your car’s seats stay cool in summertime!
